Yakushima: Arakawa trailhead to Jomon Sugi – Aperture Jam travels

I set out to visit Jomon Sugi, the oldest tree in Japan. I’m not a hiker and I was under prepared for the conditions.

Here are some of the sights I captured on the 5 hour hike between the Arakawa trailhead and Jomon Sugi.

As for the return journey, I didn’t film any of that as I was using the last of my energy to go back to the trailhead.
