🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.

If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

  3. You are such a fascinated guy, you are the challenge person! thank you for sharing Ethiopian ethnic peoples traditions tribal culture !🙏🏾✌🏽👍🏽🇪🇹🕊️🍁

  4. can't blame civilization at all, but i kinda wish i lived this way, africa was beautiful full of riches and thats togetherness God blessed us with….this really how we are surposed to live even, when driving vehicles😂😂 Instead of playing around hide and seek wife one wife, better have the second, 3rd until….❤

  5. Sonny is like my 2 favorite chefs in one, Andrew zimmer and Athony bordain combined <3 its amazing sorry for the comparison but love how Sonny shows everything , eats everything and gives a great review of all <3

  6. Africa my Africa !!! Wonderful Africa. Thank Sonny for another wonderful and educative video. I will travel to Ethiopia next year to experience this.

  7. I keep hearing the LIE that white people, don’t season “they” food. I beg to differ.

  8. The goat didn't know that it was his/her last day yet we will see the smiling calm face of the goat..anyway I dont like the meat of the goat nor their milk..(I respect there tribe)

  9. Sonny, I am glad you visited the Hamar tribe. I used to work there and they are very friendly and nice people with rich culture. Please visit also the remaining 15 tribes in South Omo. Thanks!

  10. Only people who grew up drinking raw milk daily could handle this. When I stopped drinking raw milk as a child, I started becoming lactose intolerant just a few years later. Im the only one in my family who has this problem because I stopped drinking milk and eating cheese (not a veggie just weird with cheese) for years as a young person. I can't drink milk at all now without horrible stomach cramping. Because of my picky eating my stomach decided to punish me for it.

  11. @3:55 Poor wife of him, she looks like 50 years younger than him. Fore sure she doesn´t have an easy life. By the way, there is a BBC documentary (2014) about Hamar people and at about min 27 in that documentary a women tells about the ritual of women being whipped on the arms and shoulders during the bull jumping parade. That is the reason for the scars.

  12. Got the chance to visit this tribe and others and made it to that market, where I found the most amazing people I have ever meet, yes they have their own traditions and culture but they are amazing souls

  13. Man, some of the stuff is hard to watch, but I love learning about it! You're awesome and funny and thank you, Sunny!

  14. On my channel where I show and review old windup phonographs, I have a portable HMV 102 phonograph from Tangayika which was converted into a tribe symbol by painting it with red clay (fat okra) and instead of removing all of this additive I chose to embrace the African additive and restore that instead of taking it back to factory specs I still love that machine soo much culture is packed in it!

  15. They look so cool, the outfits the hair everything I love it all ❤ we get to experience the beauty of Africa through your lenses thanks you so much!
