I normally don't like fried food, something that is bad for your health, stomach, skin, and so breaded & greasy that it completely overpowers the taste of the meat (which can often be overcooked and dried out), but the sumo's tonkatsu looked perfectly cooked & well-balanced ๐คค. I need to try it at some point ๐. Also love that the meat is large enough to match the portion of rice with it ๐ฅฐ
