  6. 한국이든 일본이든 신문지 깔아놓고 감자칼로 야채 다듬는건 비슷한가 봅니다 ㅎㅎ 우동반죽을 마름모로 펼때 왜 굳이 힘들게 사각형으로 만들어놓고 저렇게 만들까 했는데 얇게 펴진 반죽보고 감탄… 기회가 된다면 꼭 가보고싶네요.
