Thank you for doing this video! I hope many more Japanese people demand plant based food. Even with a car, it was almost impossible to be vegan unless you cook for yourself unfortunately. Of the vegan restaurants we got to eat at though in Kyoto, Kobe, Yamanashi and Maebashi, it was the best vegan food Iโve had. Very impressed.

I believe that buffet place you recommend has an affordable price.. too bad i was not able to try it during our visit.. next visit though.. ๐. The only vegetables i ate during my visit was the fried veggies or kakiage on my soba noodles ๐
