This is a walking tour around Ueno Toshogu Shrine (上野東照宮). The shrine is located at Ueno Park (上野公園) in Tokyo, Japan. It was built in honor of Tokugawa Ieyasu, who was the founder and first Shogun of the Tokugawa Shogunate of Japan. The tour begins at Ueno Toshogu Shrine, then proceeds to the red torii gates of Gojoten Shrine. Next it goes to Bentendo Temple, which is located on an island in Shinobazu Pond. Finally the tour finishes at Takenodai Fountain. ⛲
