PERTH and SYDNEY during the Women’s World Cup



Australia and New Zealand just hosted the FIFA Women’s World Cup. I worked with Media Operations in Perth and Sydney, 2 very different cities on extreme opposites of Australia. In this video, you’ll see how we could enjoy Perth between matches and how Australians passionately supported the national team.

I am a Brazilian-American journalist living in Florida.     Thanks for posting this great video. Fantastic to get some behind the scenes perspectives from an insider – you seriously have the best job in the world. I was lucky enough to attend 4 matches at the Sydney Olympic Stadium and the atmosphere was unbelievable. The roar when Sam Kerr scored against England was the loudest I've ever experienced and I swear the stadium actually shook. Was in amongst Spanish supporters for the final which added to the excitement. Your videos are great – I like their pace and the information you always provide. You can tell they are made by a pro.     Wow!! i watched all your video's from Australia and your two were awesome throughout and i am so impressed – congrats👍
    I am from Perth but my wife is English. Once she visited here she simply fell in love with the place/lifestyle/climate and the rest is history
    We have travelled overseas a lot but nothing matches the lifestyle in Australia (although we have a soft spot for Canada as tourists)

    Please visit Tasmania next time. There's lots to see there too and is one of the most picturesque states in Australia with its weather most similar to New Zealand than the mainland. Cheers and you gained a fan

    Hi there Renata and Gordon! Thank you for visiting Australia, in particular, thank you for visiting Perth! It may seem a bit remote but it's such a charming city nonetheless. Thank you for taking the time to highlight Perth and it's tourist attractions! Hope to see you back here again and able to explore Perth more including Rottnest Islands! I recommend visiting Albany as well the next time you're back, bit of a 5 hours drive from Perth but very, very historical and beautiful as well.
