北海道札幌市で開催中のグルメイベント、「2023さっぽろオータムフェスト」をご紹介。

「さっぽろオータムフェスト」は、200万人以上が来場する食の祭典！
札幌市の中心部にある市民の憩いの場「大通公園」を会場に、実りの秋を祝い、味覚を楽しむ食の大イベントです。
今回は、2023さっぽろオータムフェスト7丁目会場と8丁目会場に注目。
7丁目会場の会場名は「大通公園7丁目BAR」。
日本を代表するワイン産地となった北海道産のワインや、道内蔵元の日本酒、さらには人気の道産クラフトビールなど北海道産のお酒と、北海道ならではの海鮮からお肉まで、道産のお酒に合う個性豊かなグルメが揃っています。
8丁目会場の会場名は「さっぽろ大通ほっかいどう市場」。
「北海道の味と魅力のショーケース」をコンセプトに、北海道内の市町村・団体約80のブースが出店。
道内各地のふるさとの味や特産品など 「北海道の味覚」 を楽しめます。

“Sapporo Autumn Fest” is a food festival that attracts over 2 million visitors!
This is a big food event that celebrates the harvest of autumn and enjoys the flavors at Odori Park, a place for citizens to relax in the center of Sapporo.
This time, we will focus on the 2023 Sapporo Autumn Fest 7-chome venue and 8-chome venue.
The name of the 7-chome venue is “Odori Park 7-chome BAR.”
Wine from Hokkaido, which has become one of Japan’s leading wine producing regions, sake from Hokkaido, and popular Hokkaido craft beer.
We have Hokkaido-produced alcoholic beverages and unique gourmet foods that go well with Hokkaido-produced alcoholic beverages, from seafood to meat.
The name of the 8-chome venue is “Sapporo Odori Hokkaido Market.”
Based on the concept of “a showcase of Hokkaido’s taste and charm,” about 80 booths from municipalities and organizations in Hokkaido will be set up.
You can enjoy the “Taste of Hokkaido” including local flavors and specialty products from all over Hokkaido.
