🇪🇹INJERA: Begin by mixing teff flour and water, letting the mixture ferment for a day to prevent excessive sourness. Simultaneously, create maize dough for added softness and texture. Combine the two doughs and allow them to ferment for approximately 2 days. For cooking, apply gomenzera on the flat stove to clean it, then place the injera mix on the flattop briefly, typically for a few seconds, to achieve the desired result.

🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.
If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

Best of the best food review show ever!!!…sonny is the best and all the guest host…
My tryphobia kicked in 😢
The coffee ritual was beautiful. The woman looked so happy and proud to share her beautiful work with the world. I wish she got an interview, I feel she has so much insight and stories to tell.
No packed, frozen, thawed food here. It is all fresh, fresh, fresh. A vibrant very ancient culture. Eat like the pharaohs.
What an amazing channel this it. It combines food, travel, cultures and everything.😊😊
Such pretty girls!
educational
The food looks great but they need forks and spoons
As a kenyan, dorowat is a really good meal but I don't think you ate real dorowat, real dorowat the chicken has to be perfectly plucked then whitewashed even with white vinegar but yours was almost there
Me after seeing the two co-host for the chapter: "I should move to Ethiopia".
You should visit Afghanistan
Another great video Sonny & team

This is my all time favorite food review show. I’ve learned so much about food and how people eat. And Sonny is the the perfect host. Always respectful. No matter what he is served. He relishes everything put before him.❤️🖤❤️
I cannot WAIT to go to the food court today and use the "you want some egg?" line

How can you be a coffee lover and not know what Arabica is?😊
Ethiopia is such an amazing country!!! Id give just about anything to go there! The people are super cool, the food is awesome, and the history is crazy cool, not to mention the girls are drop-dead beautiful!!! It's definitely one of my must-see countries.
We need you people to come to Kenya,,,,We love your channel
I can't eat this food at any cost sooo spicy and raw
I'm from the USVI and live in Georgia, USA. I've had all of these Ethiopian dishes and more, and love it. Feels like home. #🇻🇮
cool! Tatare seems a little similar than in Poland… tradicionally there is also at least 50ml of vodka served for every 100g of tatare… at least where I come from.
https://youtu.be/pca0AtYkjZs?si=ZHw0dF_5QMlKJYkK😋🤤🤤
🤢🤮
I'm german and I love raw meat! I grew up eating Mett, which is minced raw pork and/or minced cow meat seasoned with salt and black pepper. Raw meat can be great and people are really missing out on these flavours. If you are scared I can tell you one thing – the inside of cow meat is always free of parasites. There are no parasites that can penetrate a cows skin more than a few milimetres. I hope I can try some more raw meats around the world. The horse sashimi in Japan is on my bucket list 🙂
Ayda is beautiful
Somebody feed Sonny!!
Jumping in that taxi at the end was so outta pocket the driver probably was so mad
Ayda is cute haha just sayin lol
I’m personally a big fan of raw meat especially beef, I got it from my mother who also liked to eat raw beef, who also got it from her father who liked raw meats. That’s as far back as I can confirm the preference but I’m sure it probably goes back further in my family tree
nice👍
Cmon Sonny coyotes eat raw meat every night and they still wake up singing 😂😂😂
Vegan Here 😂
He’s such a goof I love it . Don’t ever change you make us all smile👍🏻👍🏻✌️
