Mt. Tokachi is a volcano spewing fumes constantly in Hokkaido, Japan.
The drive starts at Senbo Pass, an excellent observatory to see the Tokachi Mountains, and goes down to Kamifurano Town and Biei Town, then goes up to Bogakudai Observatory in the middle of the Tokachi Mountains.
