  1. Uzatvoríme každú cestu z Maďarska! Maďari majú vstup zakázaný! 🇸🇰 🇸🇰 🇸🇰

  2. Before watching videos like this one I always consult the excellent European Rail Timetable to see what level of service operates on the line travelled on. Table 1260 is the relevant table for Budapest to Kosice. It shows a regular every two hours IC train which leaving Budapest at 06 25, 08 25 etc. The trains appear to consist of two portions, WHICH DIVIDE AT MISKOLC. The front portion goes forward to Kosice, taking 33 minutes. The rear portion stays in Hungary and goes to Satoraljaujhely taking 69 minutes. See also the VERY helpful comment from @balintnagy8602.

  3. Does not look handicapped accessible. Would a steward take a mobility scooter or wheelchair as cargo? Did the station have steps?

  4. Thank you for this great and very informative video. Can you also make a video about "Emona Express" another Eurocity train running between Vienna (AUT) and Trieste (ITA) via Ljublanna (SLO). Also you may consider to emphsize night trains more often. Thank you for your kind efforts.

  5. Nice video, I traveled at the beginning of summer with this train from Budapest to Kosice and it was exactly as shown. And now, this "virtual trip" gave me a lot of pleasure, remembering the first one!

  6. I love the graphics of the loco!
Unfortunately it is not in line with the current government’s policies and acts.

  7. There is a special train in hungary the 560 it has a special compostion with 1+ being avelible and its runs between budapest keleti and nyugati you should do a review on it

  8. There is some country in Europe that didn't want to pay the membership fee for the European Union. Amd didn't like Schengen like between Hungary and Slovakia. They stepped out of the club, but still wanted free drinks from the club. Believe it's the UK and the membership broken was called 'Brexit'.

  9. From Kosice to Margecany 20 km north and then the mountain line via Telgart Loop and Brezno to Banska Bystrica and Zvolen

  10. Great trip. Bit curious about the historical thing painted at MAV Locomotive, also bit curious about why the Hungarian flag having hole at that livery.

  11. an idea that i have not seen any vlogger outside of where i live is a trip review of an australian train.

  12. Any way one could select the airline style seats when booking first class online? I got the compartment, and I remember struggling with space because I have nowhere to put my big luggage.

  13. A little correction at 2:45 – MÁV class 470 (former class 1047) has a top speed of only 160 km/h due to the lack of necessary safety systems like LZB or ETCS. However they are technically capable of the higher speed but only when they are not the leading engine (for example second locomotive in a double set of Railjets or pushing a Railjet stock, but that only happened once in their twenty years so far). However GySEV class 470's can run at 230 km/h as they were originally fitted with the LZB system.

  14. 7:20 This coach is a former Austrian 'CityShuttle' coach, put into service in the early 1990s
10:58 No WiFi, because it is rolling stock from the 1990s and earlier, with only a little bit of refurbishing since then.

  15. "How is it so cheap"? Come on, guy, creep out of your Western bubble and get real: the ticket's price is not that cheap for the locals. Try earning a Slovak or Hungarian salary and you'll see what I mean. This ticket is particularly expensive for Hungarians, given the continued devaluation of the Hungarian guilder (forint) against the Euro (the currency of Slovakia) – and most other foreign currencies, btw. It always baffles me how much most Westerners are unable to think out of their Western box.

  16. Kár, hogy ennyire üres. Nagyon szeretek vonattal utazni és kassa egy nagyon szép (felvidéki) város. Érdemes meglátogatni

  17. I went on this route in March, the Hungarian loco was I think V43 or V63 (a blue-yellow one anyway), Slovak was 362 like here, and in Kosice I changed to an osobny vlak to Poprad to the mountains , together with some local Slovak babushkas ❤️ who helped me a lot with checking if I boarded the right train bc I wasn't sure.

  18. it would be nice if the translator from English to Hebrew would know at least one of those laguages, the Hebrew translation is a joke – coach – מאמן etc.
