今回の旅は、夜明けの高ボッチ高原から始まりました。
そこでは、富士山を望む日本ならではの特別な地形を楽しむことができます。
雄大な山々と青々とした大自然が目の前に広がり、散策やハイキングを楽しんだり、美しい風景を写真に収めたりしながら心身ともにリフレッシュ。
塩尻駅の超狭い立ち食い蕎麦やさんでの朝食では、鹿肉蕎麦をいただきました。
特別な動物の肉を使用した立ち食い蕎麦は、牛や豚、鳥とは一味違う味わいで、地方ならではの醍醐味を楽しむことができます。
奈良井宿では、古い宿場町の街並みを楽しむことができました。
他にも多くの宿場町が残されており、建築物や道の造りにも注目すると面白いでしょう。
昔の時代を感じながら、当時の面影をたどることができるでしょう。
地元の特産品や伝統工芸品も見逃せません。
最後には私が超絶お勧めする高遠そばますやさんを訪れました。
ここでは、醤油ベースだけではなく香ばしく焼いた味噌をからつゆに溶いていただく高遠蕎麦が楽しめます。
麺自体もこだわりのものばかり。
味、食感。絶品です！

This trip started at dawn at Takabotchi Kogen.
There, you can enjoy a special topography unique to Japan where you can see Mt. Fuji.
Majestic mountains and lush green nature spread out in front of you. Enjoy walking, hiking, and taking pictures of the beautiful scenery to rejuvenate your mind and body.
At Shiojiri Station, I had venison soba for breakfast at a super narrow standing eating soba restaurant.
Standing-eating soba noodles made with special animal meat have a slightly different taste than beef, pork, and chicken, and you can enjoy the real pleasure of the region.
In Narai-juku, I was able to enjoy the cityscape of the old post town.
There are many other post towns left, and it will be interesting to pay attention to the structures of the buildings and roads.
While feeling the old times, you will be able to follow the vestiges of those days.
Don’t miss the local specialties and traditional handicrafts.
Finally, I visited Takato Soba Masuya, which I recommend.
Here, you can enjoy Takato soba, which is not soy sauce-based but has a fragrant grilled miso flavor.
The noodles themselves are also carefully selected.

塩尻〜木曽路そして高遠の旅、楽しませていただきました。
高ボッチの夜明け前に流れる冷たい空気、せわしないながらもほっとできる空間のある朝の駅の空気感、夏の名残を感じさせる日差しと宿場町の町並みのなかを穏やかに流れる風、、一枚一枚の写真から感じられました。。
特に奈良井宿などは地元に住んでいるとなかなか敢えて行かない場所だったりしますが、あらためてその魅力を感じることができました。久々に行ってゆっくり歩いてみたくなりました。
添えられた音楽で雰囲気が伝わって嬉しい。
画像の魅力に浸りながら、移動中の車内（自動車）の静けさに驚き、散歩中の小さな声がけ「ようこそ」に和んで。
奈良井宿、泊まってみたいですねほんとうに。
富士山で開演して富士山で終演して、素敵すぎ。
