The Ehima-Ohashi bridge Consider: If you don’t think it’s safe, you may be hesitant to ride Japan’s roller coaster bridge. The construction of this bridge began in 1997 with the goal of allowing trade ships safe passage on the lake below.

  1. My question about the 🇯🇵 people & tourists travel to 🇯🇵 especially the rollercoaster bridge Does people get scare sometimes or is the 🇯🇵 people used to it?

  2. Misleading title. There are zero records of accidents resulting in major injuries let alone mortalities. Its considered one of the safest bridges in Asia.

  3. This bridge is safer than what you are stating. The pictures are misleading, as the incline is 5% one way and the other end is 6%. Stop overstating fake facts like this.

  4. This is just a telephoto effect that makes it look extreme.
The actual bridge is a long distance bridge with a normal driving level slope! Don't be fooled by optical illusions.
