    In the Philippines, we call the unfertilized duck egg "Balot/Balut" it's usually eaten at either 16,17 or 18 days old. It's boiled and served hot then we just pair it with spicy vinegar and salt. You must try to sip the juice inside also, it's very addictive. 🤤It's not for everyone though. 😂😂
