How to hack the hiring system! These are tips and tricks that people aren’t usually aware of when applying for an teaching English in Japan job. This is purely based on my experience as an English teacher recruiter for two years.

In these two years I have spent thousands of hours of marketing, screening, interviewing, and placements so I know the ins and outs of the process (of my previous company). However, many of these companies operate quite similarly and they’re mostly looking for a certain type of person for teaching English in Japan positions.

Remember I had no formal teaching and no Japanese skills. However there are certain things I did and prepared for (I learned this from my senpai!)
