A complete guide to Shibuya🐕‍🦺Visiting places related to Hachiko

Welcome to the Atsuko Tour!😘
Today, I will guide you to some of Shibuya’s best-known and less-known places.
I will also show you places related to Hachiko, the symbol of Shibuya.
Hachiko is an Akita dog that waited 10 years at Shibuya station for the return of its owner who had died.
Hachiko’s name is actually “Hachi” and “ko” is an honorific title.
Hachiko’s owner, Professor Ueno, used to call Hachiko by his name Hachi with “Ko” as a form of respect.
This shows the personality of Professor Ueno, no wonder Hachiko loved him so much! 🐕‍🦺❤
This year, 2023, is the 100th anniversary of Hachiko’s birth, and there are various events related to him.
And lastly for hachiko lovers kindly watch until the very end where a delightful surprise awaits you!!
Hint: a lovely reunion😉

  1. The last part of the video got me a little emotional 🥺. I can't wait to see Hachiko in person soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  2. こんにちは 敦子さん

Thanks for the tour, a real pleasure to watch and hear (thanks mango-san, can't wait for the rock concert of cofee-san) as usual ☺. The campus around the university of Tokyo looks very relaxing mosquitos apart. I'm always surprised there are so many quiet places in the middle of Tokyo next to very crowded areas.

Hachiko must be really popular. In the museum I can see people were still doing research on his death in 2011, 76 years after he died 😅. It's a sad story why are people so into it 😭

Anyway thanks for showing us around. ありがとうございます。

  3. Hi. Wow, very cool video. Unbelievably beautiful places and, of course, cute Hachiko.
