Mount Hakodate Cable car ride up on 03/08/2023 unfortunately cloudy and a big difference to walking up the mounting in the morning. I would recommend trekking up the mounting some time in the morning to watch the sunrise or cable car for the sunset on a non humid day (winter is best).
