I am in Delhi, and this is the second part of the video about unique Indian dishes which I experienced wonderful moments and flavors and for that I thank my good friend Gaurav Wasan (swad official) for taking me to the best restaurants and street food in Delhi and the kind cameraman Alok Kumar.

All the Indian foods I tested:
We went to one of the special and ancient places in Delhi to try two popular breakfasts favored by the people of India, Chole Kulche and Chole Bhatura.

Chole Kulche: Kulche is a very soft Indian bread paired with Chole, a unique combination of chickpeas, potatoes (aloo), masala, and spices, topped with lemon and chili. Its spiciness can be adjusted to one’s preference. I chose it spicy, and it was exceptional.
Chole Bhatura: Bhatura is a crispy fried, super tasty Indian bread popular among most Indians. It can be eaten alone or with Chole, which is a remarkable combination. The super spicy Chole served with Bhatura included spinach kofta, chana masala, aloo kachalu, chutney, and chili with some oil and onions on top, and it was really unique.

Dal Makhani, Shahi Paneer, and Palak Kofta:
We came to the Royal restaurant, and three of their delicious dishes included:
Dal Makhani is a light Indian dish with lentils, slowly cooked over a wood fire for 10 hours. It was very creamy, delicious, and had an extraordinary smoky flavor. Their Shahi Paneer contained masala and chunks of cheese, tasting great. Shahi Paneer also consisted of spinach and vegetarian kofta with a chunk of cheese inside. I tasted all three dishes with Indian bread (roti, paratha, and Indian naan) and spiced onions, and it was truly unique.

Rajma Chawal: We went to a famous DHaba food shop to try their very tasty plate named Rajma Chawal, which consisted of Rajma (Indian red kidney beans), rice, chutney, and papadum (Indian crunchy bread). It was very delicious.

Indian Thali in Ardor Restaurant:
Thali is a traditional Indian platter that includes various dishes like rice, bread, vegetables, lentils, meat or a sweet dish, chutney, and pickles. Ardor restaurant is famous for its attractive Thalis served in plates shaped like the map of India. So, if you’re looking for incredible Thalis, this can be one of your choices. Their Thali was of good quality, and all the dishes tasted good.

Best Chicken Biryani and Butter Chicken from Gulati Restaurant:
Their special Chicken Biryani is cooked in a unique clay pot and was served to us in the same pot. The moment it was uncovered, its aroma captivated me. This Chicken Biryani, tender and juicy, can be tasted with raita or masala salan (spicy and tangy sauce on the side), depending on how spicy you prefer it. The next dish was Butter Chicken, which I tasted with garlic naan, and it was extraordinary.

I hope you enjoy this video. Stay tuned, love you all.

  18. I don't like this guide. He seems not to assist a new comer but only a hungry person eating someone's food. I have seen him doing the same thing with Luke Martin when he was on a visit to India. Irritating.
