Hey Scott,
Talking about health you should give this a try:
“Eating veggies first, protein second and then carbs greatly slows down the speed at which glucose makes it to the bloodstream, thereby flattening the glucose spike associated with that meal."
You will be surprise what it does for you : stop craving, increase energie level, loss of weight… just by changing the order in which your eat. ( Don't do it if you are diabetic, talk with doctor first !)
