For Day 4, we visited the beautiful city #OTARU. It’s known for the seafood, the #OtaruCanal, the glass shops and souvenir shops, the Music Box museum, and the colorful buildings with western influences. We went there from probably 10am till before it got dark, around 5pm. Technically spent the whole day there. We used trains for transpo and basically DIYed the tour. Everything is all walking distance from each other and their is a tourist center right at the Otaru Canal just in case google maps doesn’t work. The day was very calm and refereshing. Otaru is definitely a must when you visit #Hokkaido.
