일본이 강대국이란걸 저는 강력한 내수시장이라고 판단하는데 오늘 유자와 한곳의 피자ㆍ파스타 식당을 보니 다시한번 느끼게 되네요.
그림으로 봐서 쾌 시골이고 규모도 큰 식당인듯 한데 운영이 잘 되는듯 해서 ᆢ
물론 철저한 장인정신이 바탕이겠지만 ㅎㅎ
오늘도 새로운 비탕료칸 잘 보았고 계류와 함께있는 온천이 개인적으론 최고인듯 합니다!
근데 계곡물에는 마음대로 들어가도 되는건지 궁금하네요?

What is a bone sake you keep mentioning, is this a hot sake with a fish in it, or it this a fish broth with some added sake? And also, to whom the little shrine is dedicated?
