Shinryoku period : mid-May to early June, which is said to be one of the best times to visit this scenic area. while Kamikochi is filled with lush greenery, the peaks of the higher mountains are still covered in snow, creating a picturesque contrast between the sparkling white of the snow and the fresh green of the trees.
