面白い. I've seen areas like this all over Japan. Even large ski resorts have closed. Lots of places the forest just grows around the buildings and takes it back

It's so interesting to hear about the bubble economy and large company trips that created the boom followed by the crash. I was amazed to learn that nobody knows who owns the old buildings and they can't be demolished.
The river and the greenery look fantastic and Miki's hotel looked super relaxing.
I watched a video of a guy who explored through all the abandoned hotels a few months ago. Trash everywhere and some of the floors have fallen through. Good stuff
