抵達仙台車站後，一下新幹線便可看到車站內的牛舌相關廣告宣傳。在車站餐廳樓層，你會看到一系列牛舌和壽司店，選擇非常豐富。
我們這次旅程就光顧了位於仙台市較為出名的牛舌店之一，名為「善治郎牛舌屋」。

In this episode, we will take you on a journey to experience authentic cuisine in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.
Upon arriving at Sendai Station, you can immediately see advertisements promoting beef tongue inside the station. On the restaurant floor of the station, you will find a variety of beef tongue and sushi restaurants to choose from.
During our trip, we visited one of the more famous beef tongue restaurants in Sendai City called “Zenjirou tanya”.
