Interesting. When I was in Japan (60's & 70's) the indigenous Japanese did everything they could to avoid suntanning. Seems some attitudes have changed.

What beach was this ? Unlike beach scenes in the U.S., everyone was relaxed and enjoying a tranquil day at the beach. The water looks nice and the beach was free of trash. The people looked fit and I didn’t see any land whales !
