花小金井北口駅前では、毎年7月下旬の週末（土、日）の2日間、花小金井商栄会と花小金井自治会が共同で「夏祭り」を開催しています！例年、土曜日は日本の伝統的な雰囲気で、花小金井神輿を中心に、和太鼓や金魚すくい等の出店で賑わいを見せます。無料スイカ割り大会、こども神輿など、お子様が楽しめます。また、日曜日は一転して、綺麗でリズミカルな踊りとダイナミックなラテンのリズムで魅了する情熱のサンバフェスティバルを開催しています。これもまた、120店舗の会員数を誇る商店街と花小金井住民とが一体になって実現させているお祭りです。家族揃ってお楽しみ下さい。
Hanakoganei Samba Festival
In front of Hanakoganei North Exit Station, the Hanakoganei Shoeikai and Hanakoganei Neighborhood Association jointly hold a summer festival for two weekends (Saturday and Sunday) in late July every year! Every year on Saturdays, the traditional atmosphere of Japan is centered around the Hanakoganei Mikoshi, with stalls selling taiko drums and goldfish scooping. Children can enjoy the free watermelon splitting competition, children’s portable shrines, and more. In addition, on Sundays, a passionate samba festival is held that captivates with beautiful, rhythmic dances and dynamic Latin rhythms. This is also a festival made possible by the combined efforts of the Hanakoganei residents and the shopping district, which boasts 120 members. Please enjoy it with your family.
