Delicious BEEF TONGUE of Japan | Sendai vlog

Konnichiwa, this is Go!

Today I’ll show you a local specialty of Sendai: Gyutan (牛タン).
It’s grilled beef tongue. We eat it with spicy miso, rice and ox tail soup in Sendai.

I went to a restaurant that is said to have invented the way to cook the beef tongue in that way.

I’m Japanese (born and raised) and live in a city called Sendai in Japan at the moment.

I’ll make unique videos about my daily life in Sendai.
Sendai is in Tohoku region and unfortunately is famous for the place that was attacked by Tsunami in 2011. It has beautiful nature, lovely history and great food which is really really attractive to tourists.

Also I love traveling and I will visit some friends all over Japan so I fill film that moment too.
I lived in Los Angeles for 2 years until September 2022. Now I am preparing to move to Mexico in 2023 so hopefully I’ll record that process as well.
