There used to be a legendary “Miyatake Udon” in Kotohira Town, Kagawa Pref. The second master at the time was the model for the character in the movie “UDON,” but the restaurant closed in 2009, much to the regret of fans all over Japan. This is a restaurant that was split from that restaurant. It has inherited not only the taste but also the menu and equipment from those days.
