  1. Luke,I used to own a beauty shop ,( nails service included) so i do have good knowledge about it. while watching yours hand holding foods,i noticed yours cuticles are broken by bad cutting, suggest : don’t let those manicurist cut yours cuticles,( it can bring infection) instead it can be pushing back using a nail file after soak .Caution: manicurists in third world countries do not have any education in sanitary and infection learning.

  2. These blue and white art are called Azulejos in Portugal, though the themes and way of drawing is different, you could clearly see it. The fried chicken is normally way bigger and thinner at other places so it was more mediocre looking to be authentic IMO. 🍀

  3. Great video. Fyi – the pastel de nata you find in Portugal would be considered too sweet for most Chinese palates.

  4. Maybe its me .however why would anyone actually want to eat inerds .intestines and stomach, balls. When you can a choice to eat better foods .i totally understand not wasting the animal how these inerds can be saved for people with no choice.??

  5. Hi Luke, hope you will come back to Singapore for a better food tasting with no more pandemic restrictions. Cheers

  6. The egg tarts in Macau are no comparison to the one in Portugal , especially the Pasteis de Belem .

  7. The soya bean & grass jelly drink is similar to the one in Malaysia; which is colloquially known as Michael Jackson, i.e., black n white

  8. I think most of people from Macau would recommend you to try the Portuguese egg tart of Lord Stow’s Bakery instead of Margaret’s,
especially the main store in Coloane.

  9. You may go to Lord Stow's Bakery in Coloane that is the Margaret Cafe owner ex-husband's, that shop probably would be sweet enough! As a Hongkonger, I like the herb jelly so much, it is tasty and it reduces the disharmony/excess of heat in our body after eating many fried foods🙃

  10. I really like your enthusiasm for cantonese associated foods and how you produce easy going care free videos on food tasting. However, since you like so much of cantonese food, try to pronounce the cantonese names more accurately, e.g. Hong kong cafe is pronounced as "Cha Charn Tang" not "Cha Charn Tongue".

And yes, I agree with you, the portuguese egg tarts should be sweet, not too sweet, but has to be sweet.

  11. The OG is Lord Stow's..

Margaret is his ex-wife who took his recipe and started her own……you should have gone to Lord Stow's

And KFC's ones are made under franchise from Margaret

  12. Dude you went to the wrong Nata place… The best ones are from Lord Stow's. KFC Hong Kong paid a crap ton of money to buy their Nata recipe.

  13. I’d love to go to Macau,it really looks so pretty, I adore the architecture and it’s so neat and tidy. The food choices you shared look so delicious Luke, love these videos.

  14. So I follow your programs, always on television. Today is the first day I came to look up your channel on youtube, yes your program makes my day because you do something that I love. Today I saw another one on television, if I'm not mistaken, you were in Malaysia..Almost forgot, greetings from Suriname…

  15. 2:30 Can't stop thinking this might be dry or would be much better with a sauce ?! Otherwise it looks delicious though.

  16. You know it is bad to walk on road , local hate tourist who don’t respect our rule. Recently police asked Many tourists to pay fine.

There are narrow road for Vehicle to drive the way . It easily result in car accidents when ppl stand in the middle of road.

Hope you respect everywhere rule when travel a place.

  18. Lord Stow’s egg tarts are sweeter. Supposedly, his wife sold the recipe to KFC. Also, you should always reserve a later ferry as they let you go stand by if you want to leave earlier.

  19. Glad u enjoyed ur time here in Macau!! And it was wise to choose to go around the old part of this city 👍🏻😆 it’s beautiful!

  20. I've never been to Macau before. But, from what I've read and heard over the years, Lord Stow's is touted as the best Portuguese egg tart in Macau. I believe they were the first to serve it. The quality of the egg tart too, of course, no doubt contributes to Lord Stow's iconic status.
