We filmed at “Udon Sakaeda”, a very popular udon restaurant in Kagawa, the home of Udon noodles. Many regulars visit the restaurant, where the master aims to make udon noodles that can be eaten every day. Some come as early as 6:00 am, some come 3 times a week, and some have been coming for 20~30 years. Please enjoy the early morning scene, the busy lunch time, and the master’s udon making process.
