Location: Sannyomia Flower Road, Kobe.
Flower Road is wide boulevard leading down from the upper part of town where the JR station is and the seafront and port area.
Main street of Kobe running from north to south, all the way from Shin-Kobe Station in the mountains down to Kobe Customs by the port. The street was named Flower Road because flowers were planted along the sidewalk and in the center divider of the street. The oldest flower clock in Japan is also located on this street.
