Nice place 👍 Long term rent would be more cheap. I pay 370$ for renting 1 bedroom apartment in condominium with gym and swimming pool for month in Bukit Bintang. (Insane, isn't it?) But I don't like swimming pool like that, because of pigeons. Some people here like to feed them near swimming pool.

The USD700 monthly rental seems very high for the apartment size and furnishing but it should be noted this is short term rental under airbnb rate.
If someone were to rent a 2 bedroom unit for a year with tenancy agreement, you can get lower or bigger unit.
