Fukuoka World CM Festival 2009 世界CMフェスティバル



Fukuoka Now’s Senior Editor, Rob Morgan, and I take on a night marathoning over 500 of the world’s finest advertisements. Unfortunately, since due to copyright policies, I didn’t think I could include any of the commercials, so instead I threw together a short clip highlighting the live performances and the banana stand.

The event started Friday Night at 9:00pm, and ended the next morning at 5:00am. The audience members remained in good spirits all night, and there were non-stop live performances to keep the viewers awake and entertained.

All in all, it was a good night.

    It's actually a lot cheaper living here than most places in Japan, I read somewhere that the average person survives comfortably off of $1000/month here, as opposed to Tokyo, which is around $1300?

    Is it me or have your videos gotten much shorter? Im not complaning, If shorter videos means more frequent videos im all for it <3

    I was just busy preparing for vacation and all, lately. It's much easier to put together small videos than to take time doing long ones. I don't imagine people want to sit through 8 minutes of commentary either. We live in a generation of short attention spans!
