This is an amazing hotel and it's for a very specific crowd. I am shocked by how much footage you have and I can tell how hard it must be to get them. The dinner was a bit too basic tho for an Omakase style menu. They can at least throw in a slice of fatty blue fin tuna sashimi.
Beautiful hotel, but not my cuppa tea but beautiful nonetheless. And the neighborhood seems a bit straight laced for me.
