Osaka is known for its delicious Takoyaki, and Namba is the place to go for the best of the best. These bite-sized balls of fried dough are filled with octopus, tempura scraps, and pickled ginger, and then topped with Takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, Aomori (dried seaweed), and bonito flakes. They’re so good, you’ll want to eat them all!
In this video, I’m taking you to one of my favorite takoyaki places in Namba, Osak. We’ll see how they make takoyaki, and then I’ll try some of their delicious creations.
