Join us for another great morning to buy some bluefin tuna in the central fish market of osaka.
we will wake up early in the morning for this adventure.
at the end of the day we will cook some bluefin spare ribs.
the part of the tuna we are looking for is a big bone that has lots of meat.
and its great for making spare rib like dish.
my friend will be joining us for this early morning trip.

Thanks for sharing. The fish cheeks are super gelatinous. In Singapore that part is prized for fish head curry. Yummy.
