🏢 The sheer size of Tokyo is easier to appreciate from up high. This rooftop observatory is at the top of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. It’s only a 10min walk from Shinjuku Station and FREE.
😍My favourite time to visit is late afternoon, as the sun sets and then the lights come on, magical. Look down on thousands of buildings, streets and cars and with a bit of luck you might see Mt Fuji.
