Not sure if you have been to the Japanese Migration Museum, it's near the red brick warehouses. It's not very big, but it has displays and pictures of where the Japanese moved to when they left Japan. When we were there they had a group of Japanese Brazilians dancing to samba music.

To the commenters who say she's pregnant, why does it always have to be pregnancy news when a woman says she has "news"? It could be an overseas attachment, a new promotion, etc. Not everyone wants to have children and by assuming that just seems so shallow!

I'm sad that people are still wearing masks despite the virus has been downgraded as endemic. We wore masks when we were there last december, & l'm confident that more people will move around freely without their masks when I'm back this winter.
