  2. There are many YouTubers covering Japan but I think I understand why you have 600k+ subscribers. A few things I have noticed: a) the people you profile love what they do b) they actually have a purpose in life (i.e. getting up each morning and doing something they love) c) they very much want to please their customers. As a side note, I appreciate the fact that you "just film" and let these wonderful people tell their stories without interruptions. Thanks for sharing.

  3. This man actually out here frying rice with a shovel. I like the cut of his gib 😂

  5. Dang..I will bet those noodles will melt in your mouth with flavor.Over 100 years making them you KNOW it's the best.TY for the wonderful video and showing us around your kitchen. And that fried rice..Looks like heaven.

  7. Watching from U.S. – I would love to try your foods when I visit in Japan. I truly believe that your integrity, passion and super skills can only create the best dishes. Good luck to you and thanks for sharing your beautiful work.

  8. I would visit this restaurant at least twice a week, why? His Father did the same for a living. That means he’s been around noodles all his life. Generational gifts, never trust a skinny Chef😉😁

  9. I have added this to my places of MUST SEE when I go to Japan later this year
