This Video will take you through what we did within our day trip to Mt. Fuji
The Day consisted of 4 stops, in which you could see Mt Fuji from each one all from different angles and perspectives.
The first stop was Lake Kawaguchi, which was a very peaceful lake with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji, we were very fortunate to have a clear day so it was easy to see everything.
The second stop was the Chureito Pagoda, this was small hike or walk up some stairs, I say small it was more than we were expecting, this had an incredible view of the local area with a pagoda to see also.
The third stop was a local area called Oshino Hakkai, this had many food stalls for snacks and some restaurants with a museum, this was a great place to explore and grab a bite to eat, various parts of this local area you could see Mt. Fuji with one place even showing a reflection in the pond, made for a great photo.
The Last stop of the trip was Station 5 on Mt Fuji itself, this was 2350M up so over half way, you can hike from this point, it was very cold and was even raining, all the other spots were sunny and warm, so would suggest taking a coat, this was a great place to chill out and get another amazing angle up close of Mt. Fuji even seeing clouds pass by and just breath fresh air.
