Yoohoo!! Welcome back to Adobolate Japan walk.

We are in Kyu-Furukawa Gardens or The Former Furukawa Gardens built in the early 20th century that features a Western-style mansion, a Western-style rose garden, and a Japanese-style garden. The Japanese Garden was designed by a famous landscape gardener from Kyoto, Ueji VII (Jihei Ogawa was born in 1860 and died in 1933.

We are here to witness the Spring Rose Festival held annually in May. Just Pay 150 yen at the ticket gate to explore the Western-style rose garden and the Japanese-style garden.

It is 7 minutes on foot at both Kami-Nakazato Station of the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line and Nishigahara Station of the Namboku Line. While it is 12 minutes on foot at Komagome Station on the JR Yamanote Line.
