Now I'm hungry! Great video as usual! Love barbacoa so tender! One time my buddy told me to go get the barbacoa out of the fridge. When I opened the door a cow's head was staring right at me, literally, eye to eye. I asked, "dude wtf is this?" He said that's what barbacoa is as he began to slow cook it Lol! By the time he was done it was ridiculously good, Lol! ~ London
