Modeling in Japan was definitely one of the most pivotal moments in my life that opened up the world and its possibilities at a very young age. More than likely I would not be where I am now if I didn’t have that life experience so early on. The modeling industry is definitely not an easy industry to get into, especially at a young age, but in today’s video I wanted to tell you guys about my journey of going from being a high school student in small town Saskatchewan to working a full time job on the other side of the world! Hope you enjoy it and let me know your thoughts in the comments 🙂

  1. Какая ты была симпатичная в юности, Алина! Ну и ну!!!…😮😮😮

  2. Alina, you are an epitome of beauty and hard work since you were a teenager. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Safe travels always.

  3. To go from post Soviet UKR, to small very rural town in Northern Saskatchewan, to modeling in Japan, to YTer is crazy. How you even get noticed from Northern Saskatchewan? Who got you into modeling? Did you parents bring you to beauty pageants?

  4. hmmm,… I'm an engineer,… my job can be rough but I think modelling is terrible, it seems someone is always getting more money than you are …

  5. Nice to hear your experience turned out I am sure everyone has heard horror stories.

  6. Great and emotional experience that gave me a lot of valuable knowledge about modeling.
    Helpful Alina 🎉❤

  7. Please don't come to Japan. Foreigners commit crimes and are in the news, and public safety worsens. When it becomes multiracial, it becomes chaos.
    Honestly chiseled faces are disgusting,

  8. Do you keep in touch with all your ex modeling roommates from Japan or just that one who asked you a question? Just wondering if they’re still in the modeling biz in some capacity.

  9. Must have been a wonderful experience back then being 15 and working overseas. How many 15 yr. olds can say they did this.

  10. Your face really had that prototype Russian countenance. I can see why modeling agencies recruited you. You didn’t look American/Canadian. You must have had a unique look in the industry at that time .

  11. I think you were too young to be model back then and personally I feel it is inappropriate for a girl that age to be a model and should be forbidden and perhaps against the law. That being said, as an adult woman, you are a beautiful lady. I would also encourage you to return to school and perhaps earn a degree in a field that you will enjoy and pays well both. It's never too late to go back to university.
