Love the food experience in Hokkaidō! I miss the little old-style specialty kissaten in Japan where they care about the coffee and food they serve as opposed to the rather boring ubiquitous Starbucks. And Genghis Khan BBQ is just one of the treats you can get in Sapporo. Looking forward to more must-eats from Hokkaidō – seafood (including uni?), Sapporo miso rāmen, butter and milk products, and potatoes!
Did you guys have any problems communicating with the locals while traveling in Japan?
Delicious! Gingiskan ( Lumb) is specialty food in Hokkaido , In Texas people eat buffalo burger , Enjoy Japan!
