ANA 787-9 ECONOMY CLASS: I Got the Whole Row 😍

G’day, my name is Jayden, welcome back to my channel! This was my 31st flight in 2023; in late April, I flew All Nippon Airways from Singapore to Tokyo Narita onboard their Boeing 787-9 in economy class. I used my Star Alliance Gold status for perks such as priority check-in and lounge access. Enjoy the video & thank you so much for watching!

My connecting flight was onboard United Polaris to SFO: https://youtu.be/5FBgup25c2o

  1. I really want to fly ANA because it seems to be a good airline. Also, why did you decide to become Vegan? Also, Great job on the video!

  2. I think ANAs air fare is one of the reasons for the poor demand from general passengers. They are one of the pricier in the region.

  3. Love your video’s sweet boy, enjoy your flight❤Just don’t understand WHY anyone wouldn’t be friendly with your handsome and polite nature 😢 and million dollar smile

  4. The meal looked fabulous 😝when are you going to do the ANA A380 to Hawaii😉😍
Think I saw Asiana flying the A380 from SYD soon!

  5. As an airline employee for a major North American airline, ANA has the best economy for any airline.

  6. There are no more Covid restrictions for travel to North America. So finally Novak Djokovic as well as all other smart critical thinkers will be able to fly while the normies will have to cope with all sorts of health issues – so sad 😞

  7. @18:18– Asiana flies the A380 from Sydney to Seoul during peak season. If you want to catch their A380, I suggest flying with them from after 08 August as they will be up-gauging from the 777 that is currently being operated.

  8. As a local in Singapore you are being too kind. SQ has dropped her premium standards so much I ain't flying them anymore unless it's a business trip. They took off the salad completely in economy and I don't get it with why no more hot towels as if COVID is gonna come again… The lounge ain't nothing to shout Abt except the first class lounge. The classy menus even in the economy class have disappeared… And the list goes on. It's a shame becos it's our pride and joy. Is it still good yes but do I call it a premium airline product anymore … The big NO…

  9. JW…I love your work. So fair and equitable in your reviews. I work for Air New Zealand and I loved the ZQN-SYD you did some time back. Keen to meet you one of these days. Bobo

  10. I flew Changi-Haneda last month with ANA. Never a really wonderful flight when you're in economy, but the flight was very tolerable, especially since nobody was sitting next to me.

  11. The catering is so much better than the meals served in SIA economy class. Singapore Airlines does not even provide bottled water for economy passengers.

  12. Oh nooo Im late watching😭

Anyways I have a question what is your worst experience In a Airline and also Airport😬 we need this Tea🍵

  13. Hi Jayden thank you for the video.Plane was ok plenty of room. Meals ok. Like to see next leg of your trip.

  14. I don't like their new automated English announcement. doesn't sound nice. lol

  15. Thank you for breaking your diet! Always enjoy seeing what the standard offerings are for inflight meals.

  16. Is your real reason for travel, every continent have gf 😉 Anyvay, like your vids (you are The most handsome of all flight vloggers)

  17. Never flew Ana airlines but their service looks excellent. At least you were very lucky to have the whole row!

  18. Hello my friend Jayden! This is your long time friend from the United States (Guerry) with another sarcastic comment just to see if I can bring a smile to your face. Despite the long flight, you did make a concise yet informative review that has not waivered my opinion regarding commercial airlines that connect my country with East Asia and Australia.

After watching your reviews about the US carriers you used for your trans-Pacific crossing, I will be more than happy to pay extra and fly on the East Asian carriers than even the best the US has to offer. However, I am holding on for being absolutely confident in my decision, because I am waiting for you to fly on American Airlines for a long haul flight. So, let’s just say I am almost totally convinced. There is nothing in my opinion that even comes close to the service that ANA, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, Asia, and Cathay Pacific (I think I have them all…) offer when it comes to luxury and service on flights. I almost fell out of my seat with embarrassment when I heard the Delta Airlines flight attendant stumble her way through Japanese. If I had been on that flight, I most likely would have hid under a pillow. I know you have heard my opinion(s) before on this matter, I believe, so like the time I nagged you about the Buddha, I’ll be quiet from now on. One thing is for certain. This proves that I do view your videos when you post them. I do not comment on them all, since for a lot of reasons, I am unable to view them until well after you have shared them (and I’m sorry for that). By the way, from what you have shared about QANTAS, I consider it marginally better than US carriers.

Please do not beat me up (those other viewers who happen to disagree with me) I only have what I have viewed from Jayden that forms my opinion.

Whew… OK… I’m off of my preaching platform.

Overall, your flight seemed very satisfactory for the amount you spent on it. One thing that I found amazing a while back was a “YouTube” production published by “Wendover Productions” which showed the price difference between cabins and related to which cabins actually pay for the cost incurred by the airline for a flight (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BzB5xtGGsTc). I think you will enjoy viewing this video when you have time. But as usual, I digress…

Overall, despite your meager meals, I think you got your money’s worth on the flight. I am guessing others may have commented on this, but when flights are fuller, do you not get disturbed by the flow of passengers headed to the lavatory? Nevertheless, there are many advantages with sitting so far in the back. Among them is having the wing out of the way for viewing. Yet, you still get to observe the wing’s control surfaces in action.

Well sir, that is about all. Thank-you again for sharing this with us and putting up with me. As always, I look forward to my Thursdays when you make your posts.

  19. Way to see what they put in the future. Hopefully, they could fly to Florida one day just as Japan airlines would do it in the future! Another excellent video.
