  1. How disneyworld going to deal with voting, as its no longer self governed, it must now have same voting rights as any other municipalities, desantis has forced Disney world to no longer be independent so it must comply to voter registration? and is Disney world its own voter district?
We worry disney might have legal trouble if it doesnt comply to voter laws.

  2. Disney is 100% going to create a villain named Shaun DeBantis wearing white boots

  3. Is the Hey Disney and Alexa thing new? I recall when AJ talked about before in some videos, it didn't seem like she was "allowed" to call it an "Alexa" type interaction device since Alexa is Amazon and of course Disney is Disney – just wondering….

  4. That pass reservation info was super confusing. Does this mean that only non cast members snd annual pass members now need reservations? Because that seems the opposite of what Disney was originally trying to do with the reservation system.

  5. I’ve recently booked to go to Disney World in September 2024 but I’ve booked before the dining plan was re-introduced and instead have the Disney dining credit offer.

Can anyone that has used the Disney dining credit deal before tell me how it works and how it compares to the dining plan?

Ive only been to Disney world once before (2018) and I used the Disney dining plan so I’m familiar with how that works. I’m just a bit worried that I’ve made a mistake by letting my excitement for returning to Disney World get the better of me and making me book my holiday early 😥

My partner and I will be going for our first big holiday together and will have $700 dining credit to use for 2 weeks.

    Thank you for any help!

PS: Thank you DFB for releasing these videos! I’ve been watching them since my holiday in 2018 and knew I’d return again some day and your videos have been keeping me excited ever since!

  6. I wonder how many people cancelled Disney+ due to the price increases.

  7. Our family did our third trip to Disney last year and were nervous about not having the dining plan. I think we saved somewhere about 500 bucks for the three of us not taking the dining plan. We didn't really economize we just ate when we were hungry. We didn't go crazy buying everything but we never felt hungry or deprived. The Disney plan is a great deal for Disney but only under very specific circumstances is it a good idea for customers. It really requires people to a/need to eat all the food offered and b/ choose the most expensive menu items each time. People really need to do the math on this one. Also do the math when free dining is offered OR a big room rate discount. We took the "free" dining in lieu of the discount but now realize that saving on the room would have made more sense

  8. Did something else big go down in the Disney employee community today? I’m seeing some vague posts on Facebook.

  9. I always just budgeted the cost of a dining plan into the money we saved for food expenses for the trip. we never went over that price point ever and always ended up coming home 300+ bucks under budget

  10. Always love your updates! Shouldn't Disney Resort automatically have Disney Plus in the rooms. I know its asking for miracles but I'd think this would be considered "part of the magic" but always feel pretty down when we go, settle in for the night and then can't find anything to watch that keeps us in "Disney mode". In my opinion, Disney should be piping in the classics Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Frozen, Lion King, etc constantly. Am I asking too much?

  11. I think the Disney dining plan was available long before 2005. I bought the dining plan addition through AAA, along with our MVMC tickets and hotel and multi day passes. I took my son (born 1993) to Disney while he was in 1st grade. I bought the dining plan and intentionally ate at all the expensive places we could find for every meal. We even took deserts back to the new all star movies resort. He even lost a tooth while we were in the tree house and high moves in a circle. He had crab legs at the restaurant which had a wall of an aquarium and sushi in Epcot in Japan.

  12. 6:35 Are the swan and dolphin no longer part of the extra magic hours? Your other videos always highlighted them as the exception to the deluxe only rule.

  13. I miss the gold key back in the 80s. EVERYTHING was included! Including sprite rentals and three meals a day!

  14. We are wanting to get Disney dinning plane because we want to eat and drink our way around the parks. We are not wanting a huge credit card bill at the end.

  15. I found the Hey Disney thing in my room at the Polynesian too! I've never seen it before so I assumed it was a Deluxe resort only thing but I'm glad it's in other resorts too!

  16. Too bad not everyone can afford a deluxe hotel to get a few extra hours, myself included. I consider 30 minutes to be a rip off.

  17. You didn't mention that breakfast and lunch are back at Akershus in Norway! I would think that would be top dfb news!
