Great video!! You guys always do such a great job! We tried MSC for the first time a couple months ago and I would agree with most of what you said. Cruise prices have skyrocketed so we will definitely cruise with them again because we did feel they offered value for what we paid. But had we been threatened to be left behind by no fault of our own??? I would have lost my mind!!!

My bf and I did a Royal Caribbean cruise in February and the rooms had where you need to put your key in for the lights and A/C etc to work as well. I assume that is a standard thing on cruises now especially newer ones but definitely annoying.
Also where do you get your dresses/skirts from Nat? I love them!

I am a little upset that you both were so upset. You both ñ seem like such wonderful souls and enjoy your videos. What happen really sucked . From a customer service standpoint, you should have received an apology and additional credit toward a restaurant you guys wanted or something else on board. After your venting you were still positive and I really love that❤. Great video you too🏝️
We have been on 7 MSC cruises (Caribbean/Mexico) and really enjoyed them all. The thermal spa on Seaside was fabulous. When we went their prices were just so much more affordable than other cruise lines that it was a no-brainer. The delay with getting off at ports may not have been their fault. They can't let anyone off until they are cleared by the port authority there. This was communicated to us when we sailed with them. But the fact that the time was wrong on the app was a huge mistake on their part. Yikes!
Omg just got off an MSC 6 nights cruise from Genoa to Venice and it was Amazing! On a smaller ship the MSC Lirica and I think that might have helped things be less chaotic. Didn't seem to run into the problems you guys did. Very strange
That's an unusual cruise with people getting on and off the ship at every port. It is almost like a ferry. Your video came up in my recommendations and when I saw it is over 1 hour long, I almost did not want to click on it but you guys are entertaining and great on camera, conversational, relaxed, combined with professional editing, I watched from beginning to end. Great video!
In Europe MSC is like a ferry service.. people are boarding and disembarking every day. Unlike US you start and stop the same port. safety drills are everyday. As far as the time to get back..Ship time Ship time Ship time.. it maybe different then real time. If you can turn off the date and time from the cell provider and set it manually. Not sure what happen.. my wife and I always plan, if we go solo out at least 1-2 hours before all aboard. If you plan a ship bus excursion they WILL wait for you no matter what. Sorry the lack of communication was there but I would say try it again it looks like you both did have a good time all and all
Never seen your channel before but, for a few reasons, it hit me a little wrong.
Remaining worked up because you almost missed the boat, even though you didn’t, or complaining about the cabin lighting for makeup or that your USB charger wasn’t working? 🤔 and who goes goes anywhere without their photo ID, especially in a foreign country?
Things I think are upsetting are war in Ukraine, a cancer diagnosis, a job loss, etc. You’re living a paradisical life, so…maybe an attitude of gratitude?
Btw, you never travel far away from the port city, let alone three different types of transportation, because you may not make it back in time. Most cruises require you to be back on the boat up to 2 hours before departure. I’m surprised you didn’t know that.
You seem very American in your approach to this trip, a certain amount of entitlement. Sorry, but hopefully you’ll make better videos as a result.
Nice video! We did a similar cruise on the Seashore a couple of weeks ago and 100% agree with all your comments. We still had a good time. We always bring our passport with us when we exit the ship. You never know what might happen.

Okay this is very interesting I lived in Europe for Germany this is the only place where I know if they say it's going to go like this then that's exactly how all the rest of the countries they're times are s*** but some of the responsibility is yours 1 you never go on long trips away from the boat to never ever trust a app for time you always speak with the crew or information desk sorry you guys are just asking for trouble
It’s not really a proper food review unless you go to at least one or two specialty restaurants on the boat. Should have put that in. Usually the main dining room in any cruise ship is just so so. If you want good steak, you have to go to a specialty restaurant on a boat.

I think you had a bad experience and I feel bad for you. I have sailed with MSC a few times. 1. All the information for all aboard is on the daily newsletter given the night before. Better to always check that before your app. 2. Most cruise lines tell you to be back on the ship well before the all aboard time. I thought you guys were brave to make such excursions. Good for you. Lastly, the cruise lines have to wait for the local authorities to clear the ship before they can let passengers off. They always tell you these times are approximate. Though its not my favorite cruise line, they are not as bad as all that

Yeah at our agency we stopped booking clients on MSC cruises. Too many logistical issues and the crew not helping or is just super rude. Until they figure these things out there's so many other cruise lines. Love the vid. So funny.😅😅😅

You both did a great job with this review. I have never met any American that ever liked MSC cruise line. I am sorry about your experience. My husband and I have been on about 50 cruises to all parts of the world. We prefer Celebrity and Princess and sometimes Royal Caribbean. Looking forward to your next review of your travels.
Have a MSC cruise next year. I understand the frustration as I would have gone by the app information too as I plan ahead. I'm glad you did not miss the boat though.

Great Video 🙂 I have cruised MSC 6 times and overall enjoy them (few main dining room options hit or miss). The all aboard time on the app is wrong and definitely a bad issue for MSC to not update it and the staff being rude about it is not good at all (although sometimes europeans are very direct and don't mean to be as rude as they come off), but as far as the schedule being 30/45 minutes off in the morning this issue is usually not always controllable and not always the fault on the cruise line as sometimes the port its docking in does not always give the go ahead to allow passengers off at the time indicated, or the ship arrived later than expected so getting things organised to get everyone off can be more difficult, this issue usually occurs a lot more in europe than in the carribean, although it can be annoying if you have an excursion or flight booked it happens on many cruise lines (or at least in my experience I have had it on NCL too) not just MSC. Hopefully it didn't ruin the cruise too much for you guys!!

You did a great job and made every minute of an hour plus video worth watching. Always add an extra cushion to your boarding times and verify with the security team on the way off the ship. They''re the ones in charge in the end. Nat can balance fashion with comfort – nice light dresses or leggings with fashionable comfortable high end sneakers (my wife has really nice white platform PUMAs) for destination photo shoot ops and "dress shoes" for dinner outfits. The karate ballet shoes in the elevator! So funny as were many other parts. Enjoy and stay safe.
I wonder if there might have been a time zone change during the cruise. It happened to us in Norway and because our phones were in airplane mode for a good portion of the time, they did not auto set . We almost missed embarkation.
