  2. Clearly loves what he does, but I'm shocked by the limited quantities of food. I've worked at all kinds of takeout restaurants and the amount of buns and meat he made would last us maybe an hour or two on an average day. Is that average for a japanese restaurant?

The burgers here are simply outstanding, and I can confidently say they rank among the best I've ever had. Jim, the owner, went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable, even when I was short on cash. His generosity and delicious bacon burger with a refreshing coke left a lasting impression. I regret not being able to return, but I'll definitely be back for that double burger when I visit again. Thank you, Jim! 🙌

  4. He’s using his bare hands……no gloves! Yuck! What if he peed and didn’t wash his hands! Maybe he washed his hands after peeing, but picked his nose and touched the meat!

  5. I'm American and an avid amateur cook. I love a good burger, and honestly, those look better than any American burger ever thought about being! Especially the bacon. What's even more impressive is that he managed to open and run a shop in Japan. I love Japan and if I ever go back I'm heading straight to this shop!
