NEW | WORLD OF JUMANJI – Press Preview Event – 13th May 2023



Join me and a whole host of other guests including YouTubers, Bloggers, Media companies and celebrities as we check out the brand new World of Jumanji

This amazing new Jumanji themed area located at Chessington World of Adventures Resort is the biggest investment in the park for many years

It’s crazy to think this whole area used to be a picnic space and now look at it, there is 3 brand new attractions inside the land with the staple ride being the amazing Mandrill Mayhem

The coaster is a first of its kind from Swiss manufacturer B&M, it is a multi launch shuttle wing coaster and it’s really good, a very thrilling family experience for sure and not for the faint hearted

    I've been really surprised how everyone is praising it, I mean it's nice they've done something new, but the throughput is going to be dire the way they're opperating it. I'm hoping what they've done is a temporary thing for the opening and they'll have people queuing at the airgates read to get on. I also do not get why no one has complained about the horrible B&M restraints they went with, if Nemesis gets them then it is ride ruined. Then seeing the price for those hotdogs made me shake my head, imagine you have two kids and a wife and suddenly you're £60 down for a hotdog. I just did the biweekly shopping for three and it came to £48…. I'd be fine with £5, but the hotdog is like £1 quids worth of ingredients, so they're making a massive profit on that. Then finally what is up with those crap flats? They're embarrassingly bad, they could have put a proper fully themede flatride like Talocan, but instead went for something you'd find in a shopping centre lol.

    That queue for mandrill mayham looked very long when you both weere queueing up for it and that wasnt even opening day. That free virtual qeue system from the 15th of May and onwards will be total nightmare. Chessington have bult theee new reserve & ride entrances for the new jumanji rides but i guess they wont be opening them from monday and onwards it a joke really

    Love the look of this new themed area, do have my opinions about the throughput & how's it going to deal with busyness, still think they should of really gone with a second train via a second station & transfer track or they could make the train longer? But guess will have to see what happens, think on busy peaks, going to get a lot of people probs walk away in frustration for long wait times. Good coaster & love the look of it, but yeah don't see many people staying around a long time to wait & ride it. Talking about improvements, did say on another video of someone else's, shop has some merch in the outdoors with no roof, think maybe they need to add some more roofing especially if they don't want to risk getting merch ruined, wrecked and soaked. So yeah, maybe a leaf roof or something or more of same roof featured on market stalls area? Think they need aswell to maybe add more theming around in queue line for Mandrill Mayhem? Aswell maybe overhead covering that fits with theming? Especially to keep those who queue out of the rain & to maybe add a bit more story, walls and feel to queue line as looks a bit bare? Shawn TPWW stated that a tunnel on launch section would be a good touch, agreed with that on launch part before heading around Jaguar statue? Think that would be good if they added that & maybe might do that? But well see? But yeah, nice vlog, really enjoyed and look forward to seeing more vlogs like this in future. 😀👍
