Consider this a quick beginner’s guide to traveling Europe this year.
There’s so much advice out there for what to do and how to do it, but I think each trip should be a fully personal experience, not some kind of pre-existing route of things everyone ‘must do’.
Overthinking is not always a good thing and keeping spontaneity in your life can be very rewarding. Don’t be afraid.

Let me know in the comments what some of your favorite travel experiences have been!

  1. As a German expat living in the US, I approve this video. It's full of great tips.

  2. Nice video! I think a lot of the points do also apply to travel in general.
As long as one keeps being curious and avoids only going sight hunting travelling can be a very rewarding experience.

  3. Hi lotta, you make some very good observations. Using local grocery shops is a great way to converse with local people especially in mainland Europe. Also public transport in places like France, Holland , Germany , Italy and Spain is so cost effective way to travel.
